Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes Update 6-25-2025 – Order 66, Scorch, and Ithano Incoming

Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes just dropped its latest update, and this one’s got everything: a live raid event, new farmable characters, key Hondo Ohnaka requirements, and some long-overdue bug fixes. It’s the kind of patch that keeps the holotables fresh—and maybe a little deadlier.

Let’s dig into the June 25, 2025 update.

🚨 Order 66 Raid is Live

If you’ve ever wanted to relive the darkest hour of the Republic—with a little less tragedy and a lot more strategic fun—the Order 66 Raid is now fully active.

Expect iconic battles, cinematic boss phases, and a moral gray zone so deep it could be a Sith temple. Whether you’re gunning for top guild rewards or just vibing with your Empire roster, this one’s designed to shake up raid teams and theorycrafting.

🔓 Character Access & Farming Updates

CX-2 Is Now Farmable

  • New location: Light Side 3-C Hard
  • Replaces: Stormtrooper (who still hangs out in Cantina Battles Shipments, so no panic farming needed)

This adds CX-2 to the grind rotation, making progress toward certain Empire or droid comps much more manageable.

RC-1262 “Scorch” Enters Chromium Packs

  • Clone Commandos just got some spice.
  • Scorch is now available in Chromium Packs and Shipments, so go ahead and roll those digital dice if you’re building a Bad Batch or Mandalorian-style squad.

Night Trooper Gets Accelerated

  • The creepy space-zombie from Ahsoka just got a farming speed boost.
  • If you’re still building your Nightsister-Sith hybrid murder machine, now’s the time.

🧠 Captain Ithano Update + Hondo News

  • Ithano’s kit reveal went live this week—he’s got Profit stacking, Fear mechanics, and a scattergun that screams space pirate energy.
  • Hondo Ohnaka Galactic Legend Requirement: Captain Ithano will need to be at Relic 3. Time to get him shipshape if you’re working on unlocking everyone’s favorite suave outlaw.

🛠️ Bug Fixes and Adjustments

It wouldn’t be a proper update without some bug squashing—and this one is packed.

✅ Fixed:

  • Temple Guard’s “Captive” ability now properly disappears if he dies.
  • CX-2’s Tier 7 Focused and Determined now looks at Empire allies (not Clone Troopers or Lord Vader like some copy-paste fever dream).
  • Scorch’s basic ability will now only remove debuffs—no more eating your own buffs like a malfunctioning droid.
  • Jocasta Nu should no longer spontaneously vanish before using “It’s up to you now.” You’re safe, Jedi healers.

⚠ Known Issue:

  • Buffs gained through the Steal mechanic do not currently count toward Quests or Feats. Probably not the behavior you were looking for—so hold off on feat-chasing with pirates for now.

Final Thoughts: Patch Like a Pirate, Raid Like a Clone

This update doesn’t just sprinkle in character access and bug polish—it sets the tone for the galaxy’s short-term future. With the Order 66 Raid live, Captain Ithano confirmed as a Hondo requirement, and CX-2 hitting the farming map, you’ve got plenty of reasons to log in, strategize, and sharpen those squads.

It’s a good day to be on the holotables. Unless you’re a Jedi during Order 66. In which case… good luck.
