This situation is becoming increasingly concerning. On Monday, I completed numerous forms and submitted my photo ID as requested. Despite promises of a response within 48 hours, I have yet to hear back. Within the control panel of the page, it appears that the admin has been removed. I am currently the only one with access, yet I lack the ability to post.
Furthermore, I am unable to submit new support tickets, possibly due to the number of open tickets I already have, but there has been no communication from support recently.
Additionally, Facebook is no longer removing the stories that are being posted.
I am completely at a loss as to what is happening.

I wanted to provide a quick update on the recent security issues we’ve been facing with our Facebook page.
As many of you know, our page was compromised last week. We managed to regain control on Thursday, but unfortunately, we lost it again just 12 hours later. It seems the hacker escalated the situation by falsely claiming to Meta that he had purchased the page from me. However, this remains unconfirmed.
Additionally, during this chaos, our page was involved in posting inappropriate content, which resulted in a 24-hour ban.
With the weekend upon us, response times slowed as the team at Facebook responsible for managing such issues was off duty.
Today my focus has shifted to sorting out legal documents and verifying identification, accompanied by numerous phone calls. I am hopeful that we will regain full control of the page within the next 24 hours.
I want to clarify that my feelings towards Facebook are not negative. The support team has been exceptionally courteous and professional. However, given the size of Meta, it sometimes seems that details can get lost in translation.
Fingers crossed, we are aiming to be back up and running sometime this week. Thank you all for your continued support and patience during this trying time.
