BOSSK: SCOREKEEPER – A Star Wars Fan Film

Hello everyone! Stopping by today to bring you another interesting Star Wars fan film. It has a dark and gritty feel to it, the story kept me engaged, the acting was great, and I laughed so much when the Doctor was introduced. About 7 minutes in, I was screaming “Yesss!” at my screen. This film is inspired and pays homage to Predator (1987) while taking us into a tale told through a Star Wars perspective. I’m a Predator fan so I really enjoyed that angle. Makes me want to go back and watch the original Predator again. It’s just a bit over 16 minutes long so it’s perfect to watch while you’re having a quick lunch break or snack. It’s the Star Wars/ Predator mashup I didn’t know I needed. But now I am so very, very grateful for it! If you haven’t seen it yet, watch it here: So,…

MACE WINDU – Star Wars Fan Film

It’s fan film time again and I love everything about this one. For one, I’m a big fan of Mace Windu and here we get to see a young Windu in action. Star Wars Smuggler’s Fate

All of this social isolation means I’m spending even more time at home than usual (and that’s saying something) and I’m finding one way I enjoy passing that time is with new videos. And if it’s Star Wars, well, you know I’m gonna watch it. Star Wars fan films are totally my thing. The good, the bad, the ugly – and everything in between! I’ve said it before but there’s something great about even the “bad” fan films. The spirit of Star Wars that goes into each one is special in and of itself. Here’s the latest one I’m enjoying: Star Wars Smuggler’s Fate. It’s just over 10 minutes long and is the final part of a trilogy, so be sure to watch the others first, if you haven’t. While this one is not Hollywood-level acting or videography, it has a charge to it. I also really like the costuming…

War of the Stars Documentary

What does Star Wars mean to you? For many of us, it reminds us of our childhoods. It brings happiness, it brings nostalgia, it’s a story of hope, and a story of good triumphing over evil. For many people, it was and still is a way to escape for the real world. It’s a way to get lost in the fantasy, the drama, the lightsaber fights, and it’s an epic tale of hope and forgiveness. In the Polish fandom, it means all of that and more. Imagine if it meant all of that to you, but… it was illegal to have access to it. What if it was illegal to watch the movies, or to collect the merch? The Iron Curtain was the political, military, and ideological barrier erected by the Soviet Union after World War II to seal off itself and its dependent eastern and central European allies from…
