If you’ve been waiting for more body customization options in Nioh 3, the Male Nude Mod is here to shake things up. This is the first release of a full nude overhaul for male characters, bringing a completely redesigned base model into the game with future updates already planned.

What This Mod Does

This first version introduces:

  • A fully nude male body model
  • Currently includes an erect model only
  • Planned future additions: flaccid version, body hair options, and texture variations

The author notes that this is just the beginning. More refinement and customization options are already on the roadmap, which is promising for players who enjoy pushing character visuals further.

Known Issues

As with many early mod releases, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • ⚠️ The muscle slider currently causes visual distortion
  • Recommended temporary fix: set the muscle slider to -20
  • Additional bug reports can be sent directly to the author via Discord (@Eleyas)

Given how deep Nioh 3’s character customization goes, it’s not surprising that slider integration takes some fine-tuning.

Installation Guide

The process is straightforward if you’ve modded Nioh 3 before:

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Copy the files from the Package folder into your:
    Nioh3/package folder
  2. Download yumia_mod_insert_into_rdb.exe from:
    https://github.com/eArmada8/yumia_fdata_tools/releases
  3. Place yumia_mod_insert_into_rdb.exe inside your Nioh3/package folder
  4. Run yumia_mod_insert_into_rdb.exe from within that folder
  5. Done ✔️

Uninstallation

If you want to revert back to default:

  1. Delete root.rdb and root.rdx
  2. Rename:
    • root.rdb.original → root.rdb
    • root.rdx.original → root.rdx

The Yumia tool automatically creates backups during installation, which makes rollback easy.
