LEGO Star Wars: Castaways is dipping back into the prequel well, which is usually a good place to go if you want lightsabers, dramatic robes, clone-era vehicles, and at least one character making a very bad life choice.
The Revenge of the Sith-inspired “Sith Moves” event has returned to LEGO Star Wars: Castaways, giving players another limited-time shot at unlocking themed rewards. The event is live now and runs through July 31, with minifig parts for the character customiser, vehicles, and more up for grabs.
It is not a massive new Star Wars game announcement, obviously. Nobody is pretending this is the next galaxy-shaking Lucasfilm Games reveal.
But for Castaways players, this is the kind of returning event that actually makes sense. The game is already built around customising your own LEGO minifigure, hanging out in a social Star Wars space, jumping into simulations, and racing Microfighters. StarWars.com describes it as a social, action-adventure LEGO Star Wars game where players customise their character, explore a mysterious planet, race Microfighters, and experience moments from across the Star Wars universe.
So yes, a Revenge of the Sith reward event fits pretty neatly.
What’s in the Sith Moves Event?
The returning event is built around Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, which means the reward theme is pulled from one of the most heavily merchandised, memed, quoted, and emotionally unstable corners of the saga.
Players can unlock themed minifig parts for the character customiser, vehicles, and other event rewards before the event ends on July 31.
That is really the main hook here.
Castaways is not trying to be a deep RPG or a giant open-world Star Wars playground. Its appeal is lighter and more toy-box driven. You build your character, collect pieces, join activities, play solo or with others, and mess around in LEGO-style versions of Star Wars moments. Apple’s App Store listing also highlights the game’s character customisation, social setup, and Apple Arcade availability.
The event gives players a reason to jump back in, especially if they missed the previous run or just want more prequel-era cosmetics.
A Small Event With the Right Kind of Nostalgia
There is something slightly funny about Revenge of the Sith being treated as a cozy LEGO reward theme.
This is, after all, the movie with Order 66, Mustafar, Anakin’s spectacular career collapse, and one of the worst workplace conversations ever held in a Senate office.
But LEGO Star Wars has always been very good at sanding down the sharper edges without losing the flavor. You still get the ships, the robes, the helmets, the drama, and the Sith aesthetic. You just get it with smaller legs and less screaming.
For Castaways, that is enough.
This is a quick limited-time event, not a reinvention of the game. Still, if you are already on Apple Arcade and have LEGO Star Wars: Castaways installed, it is probably worth logging in before July 31 and grabbing what you can.
Prequel cosmetics rarely stay quiet for long.
Especially when the Sith are involved.
