Jaxxon has arrived in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes as a Light Side Attacker built for Prepared Scoundrel and Smuggler teams.
Yes, the green rabbit from the old Marvel comics now has a Territory Battles Omicron. Star Wars has completed another perfectly normal lap around the sun.
This guide covers Jaxxon’s best team, recommended mods, ability priorities, battle strategy, and whether his Omicron deserves your increasingly endangered materials.
Jaxxon at a Glance
Role: Attacker
Alignment: Light Side
Tags: Mercenary, Scoundrel, Smuggler
Core mechanic: Prepared
Best partner: Any version of Lando Calrissian
Omicron mode: Territory Battles
Jaxxon is designed to attack repeatedly, feed Turn Meter to Prepared allies, and grow more dangerous through consecutive critical hits.
He strongly prefers an all-Scoundrel squad. Mixing factions means leaving an important part of his unique ability sitting unused, which is generally frowned upon by both strategists and rabbits carrying blasters.
Best Jaxxon Team
The most natural starting squad is:
Dash Rendar — Jaxxon — Young Lando Calrissian — L3-37 — Vandor Chewbacca
Dash Rendar provides the obvious Prepared leadership and keeps the team’s central mechanic running.
Young Lando Calrissian is Jaxxon’s most important partner. When any version of Lando uses a Special ability, all allied debuffs are dispelled and the team recovers 20% Health and Protection. Jaxxon and Lando also gain 50% Critical Chance, Critical Damage, and Max Health while fighting together.
L3-37 provides the tanking, while Vandor Chewbacca adds recovery and makes the squad considerably more irritating to remove.
Young Han Solo can replace Vandor when more offense is required, but the Dash, Jaxxon, Young Lando, L3, and Vandor lineup should be the safest general-purpose team to test first.
How Jaxxon’s Abilities Work
Blaster’s Up, Doc
Jaxxon’s basic deals Physical damage twice and applies Vulnerable.
When Prepared, he attacks a third time. If the ability is used during his own turn, Prepared allies gain 25% Turn Meter for every attack.
That means a fully Prepared basic can generate enormous Turn Meter for the rest of the squad. It is not merely filler between cooldowns. It is one of the main engines in his kit.
Hop ’Til You Drop
This Special deals damage and applies Off Balance for two turns.
When Jaxxon is Prepared, it also Stuns the target for one turn. Use it to control a dangerous enemy rather than simply pressing whichever button is glowing.
Fluffle Shuffle
Jaxxon damages every enemy and gains bonus damage for each Prepared ally.
Against a Dark Side leader, the attack gains 20% additional damage per Prepared ally. Against other leaders, it gains 10%.
Jaxxon then has a chance to follow up with his basic. With any Lando present, that chance becomes 100%. When Jaxxon is Prepared, the attack cannot be countered or evaded.
Starship Down
This unique holds most of the machinery together.
Prepared allies gain 50% Defense, and whenever they lose Prepared, they gain 10% Turn Meter.
The first time Jaxxon would drop to 1% Health, he gains Stealth and fully restores his Health and Protection. On an all-Scoundrel team, each critical hit also gives him stacking Critical Damage, up to 200%, until he fails to score a critical hit.
Best Mods for Jaxxon
The safest early setup is:
4× Offense and 2× Critical Chance
Recommended primaries:
- Arrow: Speed
- Triangle: Critical Damage
- Cross: Offense
- Circle: Health or Protection
Prioritize Speed, Offense, Critical Chance, and Critical Damage in secondary stats.
Critical Chance matters because Jaxxon’s stacking Critical Damage ends when he fails to land a critical hit. However, his Lando synergy already provides another 50% Critical Chance, so highly developed players may eventually be able to replace the Critical Chance set with Health or another offensive option.
Ability Upgrade Priority
Upgrade Jaxxon in this order:
- Starship Down
- Blaster’s Up, Doc
- Fluffle Shuffle
- Hop ’Til You Drop
His unique establishes the Lando synergy, Prepared bonuses, recovery, Turn Meter, and stacking damage. His basic comes next because it drives the team’s Turn Meter engine.
Is Jaxxon’s Omicron Worth It?
In Territory Battles, Jaxxon’s Omicron gives Scoundrel allies:
- 50% Max Health and Max Protection
- 50 Speed
- Prepared and a bonus turn at the start of each encounter
- Prepared immediately after losing it
- Stacking bonus Protection and Defense Penetration
- The ability to prevent defeated enemies from reviving
That is an enormous package.
Apply it when you already have the full Prepared Scoundrel squad geared and regularly need another Territory Battles team.
Delay it when Dash, Young Lando, L3-37, or Vandor Chewbacca are still gathering dust at low gear. The Omicron is powerful, but even a green space rabbit cannot carry four unfinished characters through modern Territory Battles.
Jaxxon looks like a meaningful upgrade for Prepared teams rather than a universal Scoundrel plug-in. Build him when you have the squad around him, keep him beside Lando, and let the Turn Meter start hopping.
