June in Star Wars: The Old Republic is giving players two very different reasons to log in: high-speed swoop chaos and a fresh outbreak of the Rakghoul plague.
Broadsword has posted the official SWTOR in-game events for June 2026, confirming that the month will feature The All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally and Rakghoul Resurgence on Corellia.
So yes, June is basically engines first, plague later.
The All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally Returns
The All Worlds Ultimate Swoop Rally runs from June 9 to June 16, beginning and ending at 12:00PM GMT. Players need to be level 20 or higher to join in.
The event sends swoop fans and riders across Dantooine, Tatooine, and Onderon for challenge courses, gang rivalries, big jumps, and the kind of reckless speed that would make any sensible insurance droid shut down immediately.
Featured rewards include swoop rally mounts, swoop gang outfits, promotion droid mini-pets, stronghold decorations, and more.
For players who prefer movement, spectacle, and a little controlled disaster, this is the fun one.
Rakghoul Resurgence Hits Corellia
Later in the month, Rakghoul Resurgence on Corellia runs from June 23 to June 30, also beginning and ending at 12:00PM GMT. This one requires level 25 or higher.
T.H.O.R.N. is once again calling for help as the Rakghoul plague spreads, this time on Corellia. That means outbreak zones, plague management, emergency response work, and the usual reminder that vaccination in SWTOR is not optional if you enjoy not exploding into disease drama.
Rewards include reputation with THORN, armor sets, outbreak response weapons, Doctor Lokin as an Alliance Contact, infected mounts, rakghoul mini-pets, and more.
It is gross, useful, and very SWTOR.
A Solid Month for Event Hunters
June 2026 is not overloaded, but it is nicely balanced.
The Swoop Rally gives players speed, racing energy, and lighter event fun. Rakghoul Resurgence brings the darker recurring plague-event loop with rewards that still appeal to collectors, reputation hunters, and anyone who enjoys turning galactic biohazards into wardrobe progress.
It is also a reminder of why SWTOR still has one of the more durable event calendars in the complete history of Star Wars games. The game keeps rotating between story, cosmetics, recurring events, and MMO comfort food.
June gives players two familiar excuses to return.
One has engines.
The other has symptoms.
