For the first time in our history, the entire globe is facing a crisis at the same time. The pandemic has changed the lives of everyone in different ways, but through it, we are finding new ways to connect with the world around us.
For many, online gaming has been a way to keep occupied, connect with others, and keep their spirits up during social isolation.
Swg Legends decided to make a great and uplifting video about the community, with positive messages shared in a compilation. I think this is a very great video to watch, even if you don’t currently play SWG Legends. If you’re a Star Wars fan at all, this will speak to you as a fine example of how the Star Wars community comes together.
We asked Star Wars Galaxies players to send a video message sharing a positive message with the community. We had so many video messages not all of them could be included within the video due to the duration of the clips. We hope that everyone that there stays safe during this time. This is such a beautiful, uplifting, positive movie that truly shows the good sign of gaming, Star Wars, and Star Wars games. In fact, it made me a tear up a bit (and I am not overly sappy, normally).
Now, more than ever, is an important time to come together. Seeing all the players from all over the world come together for these videos, sharing their stories and their words of community, is such a beautiful thing.
