It was a game that allowed players to experience the story of Delta Squad, an elite group of clone commandos fighting in the Clone Wars. The game was a critical and commercial success, but unfortunately, it did not receive a sequel. Here are some reasons why Star Wars: Republic Commando deserves a sequel: Star Wars: Republic Commando was a game that introduced unique gameplay mechanics. It was a tactical shooter that emphasized teamwork and strategy, allowing players to command their squadmates to execute various actions such as breaching doors, providing cover fire, and setting up sniping positions. Sometimes the most basic game can be the best game. That’s what people are saying about Star Wars Commando right now. Originally released in February of 2005, the first-person shooter came with some setbacks for…

Some fans have made it their mission to revive the game and we’re definitely going to be following this one to see where it goes. The folks at Blackout Studios have begun crafting assets for Republic Commando in Unreal Engine 4.
