Fan Made KOTOR Remake is Making Progress

Remember when we told you about the remake of Knights of the Old Republic by a group of fans? Well, there is good news that the project is still going and we can see updates as indicated by their Twitter. Apeiron Game is working hard to make this dream a reality for fans just like themselves and it’s coming along nicely. They even have openings for volunteers if you want to help out. You can contact with “Volunteer” in the subject line. They’re not accepting anymore voice actors or writers at this time, however.

If you don’t already have the game, you can download the original, that you also need to play this updated version from steam. If you game  on console you can get it for XBOX here. The game is not out on playstaion so though luck for you guys 🙁

What is Apeiron?


Apeiron is a reboot of the Knights of the old Republicthat was released in 2003. Apeiron is a remake and remastering of the original game with added content, new worlds, missions, HUD, inventory, items, and companions.

Who is working on it?


We are a group of dedicated programmers, artists, voice actors, world builders, and writers that have all come together to breathe life back into a wonderful game. The core creators are an indie gaming group called Poem Studios, but the project will grow as needed.

How much will the game cost?

100% FREE

Apeiron will be will be 100% FREE! You’ll still have to own a copy of the original game, but past that we are not charging.
