Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Manga Vol. 2 Drops Next Month

Cal Kestis is heading back to bookshelves

The Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order manga adaptation is getting its second volume next month, with Vol. 2 scheduled for May 5, 2026. The book is published by Panini Books, runs 192 pages, and continues the manga retelling of Cal Kestis’ post-Order 66 journey. You can preorder it here.

The story moves deeper into Fallen Order territory

According to the official book listing, Vol. 2 picks up as Cal, Cere, and Greez push further into their search for a Jedi Holocron while dealing with “even more deadly enemies” across new worlds. So this is not a side-story situation or a loose tie-in. It is the next chunk of the actual Fallen Order adaptation, which makes it a pretty easy sell for anyone who still has a soft spot for Respawn’s first Jedi game.

That also gives the release a nice little crossover appeal. On paper, this is publishing news. In practice, it is still very much Star Wars gaming news, just in manga form. Fallen Order remains one of the most important Star Wars game releases of the modern era, so seeing it reworked into a serialized manga adaptation feels like a smart way to keep that version of Cal Kestis alive between bigger game conversations.

Volume 1 already set the table

This is also arriving pretty quickly after Vol. 1, which released on March 3, 2026, also through Panini Manga and also at 192 pages. That fast turnaround makes this feel less like an experiment and more like a proper publishing rollout. If you missed the first volume, now is probably the right time to catch up before the second one lands.

A smart release for Star Wars readers and game fans

There is always a little risk with game-to-manga adaptations. Some feel redundant. Some feel like they are just retelling cutscenes with different panel layouts. But Jedi: Fallen Order has a strong enough core story, a recognizable lead, and enough cinematic momentum that it makes sense in this format.

And honestly, Cal Kestis is one of the few modern Star Wars protagonists who can move pretty naturally between games, books, comics, and now manga without it feeling forced.

If you want to grab it early, Vol. 2 is already up for pre-order on Amazon
