Star Wars would make an awesome theme for a slot machine! It has everything – missions, characters, a Light and a Dark side, lasers, fights, as well as greedy gangsters and idealistic statesmen. Unfortunately, Lucasfilm only approved a land-based slot machine based on the franchise, and Disney has removed that one, too – probably with the goal of making the SW universe more kid-friendly (although the number of blasted stormtroopers and severed limbs makes it a less than ideal story for a kid, I think). SWTOR Max Character Slots to be expanded to 50
BioWare is considering expanding the max amount of character slots to 50 in Star Wars: The old Republic. This is to accommodate the Dark vs Light event. Maximum Character Slots Per Server | 06.28.2016, 03:07 PM Hey folks! One of the questions that came out of the Dark vs. Light Event announcement was the current maximum character limits per server. There are some players who have all 40 slots filled, and were concerned about participating in the event. I wanted to let you know that we are actively testing right now the possibility of increasing that maximum by 10. That would mean that a subscriber could have a server maximum of 50 characters. As we continue forward we will be adding Weapon Tuning Slots on to more and more weapons. However, we wanted to let you know that in the current plan, Vibroswords will not be receiving a tuning slot. We agree with you that they would be an awesome addition to Vibroswords, but the team has to work through some unique limitations for those weapons first. It is something we would like to do at some point, just not in the near term. If anything changes on that front I will be sure to pass it on. Thanks for understanding.

Has the Time Finally Come for a SW Themed Mobile Slot Machine?
As Lisa put it, games of chance have a major role to play in the Star Wars universe, even if they are not explicitly shown anywhere. Who knows, maybe Lucas – and now Disney – didn’t want to risk to be rated anything but G, or PG, which is almost the same. But we all know that Han Solo won the Millenium Falcon in a game of Corellian Spike, which is a variant of the universe’s most popular game of chance, sabacc. The only direct reference to gambling – betting, and a bit of dice – was in Episode I, when Qui-Gon won the cash needed for the parts, and the slave boy Anakin, in a bet on the pod races. SWTOR Character Transfer Sale 5/26 – 6/5
BioWare is having a character transfer sale from May 26 to June 5. In this period of time, character transfers will only cost you 90 CC. This is to give guilds a chance to transfer.
