Coming soon is Bounty Hunter Contract Week! With Patch 2.3 on August 13th we get a new cool, recurring event. After August, the event will happen for one week every month so if you miss the first one, you’ll have to wait for September for the next one. Bounty Contract missions will scale to your level, beginning at level 15. The most difficult bounties will take place on the high-level planets so you want to be at least level 40 before the event begins if you want to have the best shot at getting all of the achievements done.
All you have to do to begin is to look for the Captured Bounties that are scattered around the fleet station. Then pick one and you will find your way to the mission terminals around the Cartel Market area. You will find two types of missions: Henchman and Kingpin
At the start, you can only take Henchman missions and then when you complete it, you will get a “Completed Bounty Contract”. When you collect five of these, you can unlock the ability to complete a Kingpin contract. In total, there are six Kingpin contracts.
Bounty Mission Rewards
So what do you get for doing all of this work? There are different mission rewards for both the Henchman and Kingpin bounties and there are also titles available, based on your reputation.
Henchman Bounty
- 2 basic commendations (for lvl 55 players)
- a Bounty Broker Mark of Service (turned in for a green reputation item)
- BB Official Certificate of Achievement (turned in for a blue reputation item)
- 12k-18k credits
- a purple reputation item
- BB Official Certificate of Achievement (turned in for a blue reputation item)
- 3 Basic Commendations (lvl 55 players)
- around 18k credits
Plus: 2 new titles “For Hire” at friend status, and “The Professional” at legend
Bounty Contract Week Achievements
These are the achievements you can get from this and they are Legacy bound.
Greet the Overwatch – Reach the sniper perched above the Cartel Cantina.
Henchmen Achivements (3 in total) – Complete a Bounty, Capture a Henchman, Kill a Henchmen.
Crimelord Achievements (3 in total)– Complete the Bounty, Capture a Crime Lord, Kill a Crimelord.
Fully Authorized – Unlock all Kingpin Contracts.
Crime Lord Contracts – Complete bounties on every Crimelord.
Bring Em’ All In – Capture all Bounties alive.
Take Em’ All Down – Kill all Bounties.
Wanted: Dead or Alive – Complete Bring Em’ All In and Take Em’ All Down.
