We’ve talked about gambling in Star Wars before. Honestly, it was not an unheard of affair. In fact, in much of the Star Wars canon, it was quite common. Gambling was the betting of credits, or other possessions, in wagers or games. There were a variety of ways in which one could gamble. We saw gambling quite common on Tatooine. We saw Lando Calrissian lose the Millennium Falcon in a game of sabacc with Han Solo. There are many other parts of Star Wars canon and lore that reference betting and gambling. Just like the Rakghoul event, the Bounty Contract week is also has issues and won’t be fixed this year.
