Odessen Warzone and Rishi Arena is going through some changes on the SWTOR Public test servers. Here are a list of what has been changed this time: Odessen Warzone Performed a small optimization pass on Odessen Warzone visuals. Designer Note: We are expecting a slight increase in client performance while in the Odessen Warzone with this update. The update included removing the VFX that plays your team’s color while in a Control Point area. We are still performing additional optimization passes but wanted to get this out into the wild to see how it played. Control Points are active for approximately 90 seconds, up from the previous 75 seconds. Designer Note: We found that players didn’t have enough time to react to changes during a round and that this would allow more time for attackers to remove defenders. There have been talk about new mega servers in SWTOR for a while, and with 4.3 PTS Patch Notes, the forum went wild. Here are Patch Notes 4.1b for today’s maintenance. General Using the “Sort” functions in the Cargo Hold no longer causes item loss. Crew Skills 212, 216, and 220 Craftable Relics are now Bind on Equip as expected. Missions + NPCs It is now possible to complete the Alliance Alert “To Find A Findsman” after starting Chapter X. It is no longer possible to get into a state where you are unable to complete Chapter X.

SWTOR Patch 4.1 Maintenance Delayed due to External Networks
BioWare are having trubles with SWTOR Patch 4.1. SO far the maintenance has been delayed due to external network issue. There is currently no ETA on when the servers will come online. Maintenance: 9 February 2016 | 02.09.2016, 05:28 PM Hey folks, We are nearing my “best case scenario” of one hour. We are not ready to bring the servers live yet, but we are still looking good. We are continuing to push the update out across our live servers, where we will then test these changes again. Assuming at that point, that everything looks good, we will bring the servers online. I am being told that it is possible that all of this can be complete within an hour. So, another best case ETA of one hour from the time of this post, or 6:30 PM CT.
