SWTOR PTS 3.1.2 Update #2 Patch Notes
BioWare have updated the SWTOR Public test servers wiht a new patch. This update is focusing on class changes. Check it out below: Jedi Knight Guardian Focused Defense now grants 12 charges (up from 10) and lasts for 15 seconds (up from 10). Sith Warrior Juggernaut Enraged Defense now grants 12 charges (up from 10) and lasts for 15 seconds (up from 10). Jedi Consular Sage Redesigned the Upheaval utility: Project gains a 25% chance to produce a second Project that deals 25% damage. Telekinetics Fixed an issue that caused Tremors to apply Unshakable early, negating interrupts. Shadow Infiltration Kinetic Field now increases damage reduction by 3% for 15 seconds (up from 2%) when dealing critical damage. This effect stacks up to 3 times. BioWare is canceling the SWTOR operation speedrun Tournament sponsored by ESL due to bugs in the Coratanni encounter. Operation Victory Tournament – *Cancelled* | 03.02.2015, 09:14 PM Hey folks, I will cut right to the chase, we are cancelling our ESL Operation Victory competition. Our reason revolves around the Coratanni encounter. I know many of you raised concerns about the issues related to the encounter, and we agree. We spent a lot of time this week testing bug fixes to see how viable the fixed version would be in a speed running environment. We have applied improvements to the Coratanni encounter as of tomorrow’s patch but there are still situations that could impact players focused on a timed run. SWTOR PTS Patch 3.1.2 Notes
Here are the patch notes for SWTOR Public test servers. This is for the 3.1.2 PTS build. Jedi Consular The range of Mind Crush has been reduced to 10 meters (down from 30 meters). Shadow Kinetic Combat Force Break now increases the damage dealt by Combat Technique’s Force Breach and Slow Time by 40% (up from 30%). Serenity Force in Balance and Vanquish now have a maximum range of 10 meters (down from 30 meters). The life redistributed by Psychic Absorption for Sever Force and Force Technique’s Force Breach has been reduced to 10% of the damage dealt (down from 25%). Serenity Strike no longer benefits from Mind Quell. Sage Force in Balance, Vanquish, and Mind Crush now additionally receive a 20 meter range increase from Force Reach. Star Wars: The Old Republic: Choose Your Path Trailer
Remember we wrote about the new SWTOR video, BioWare were teasing about the other day? Well.. here it is. The video is just a minute long, and showes a mashup of the Sith Warrior storyline: from class stories to Makeb to SoR and a scene towards the end that is new. (It has a couple of cutscenes from FPs and WZs thrown in.) Heavy emphasis on LS vs DS choices. No new announcements. However, the new scene features Theron Shan in it: he may be back in a new update. The video was obvius made as a promotion to get more people to play the game, and not as a video for existing players. We haven’t done this column for a while, so I thought it was time to do one again. There is a lot of great SWTOR videos being made since the latest game update: Shadows of Revan, and it will be appropriate for us to share them with you guys. BioWare will be adding a new feature called Mount Flourish. This feature will only affect the moutns that will be released in the future, and not existing ones. I am posting to let you know about a new keybinding that you may find and what it means. Under keybinds, and movement, you will find that CTRL+Z is now bound to something called Mount Flourish. The SWTOR Public tester servers is getting an update for patch 3.1.1. Here are the comming class changes: Bounty Hunter Mercenary Arsenal Pinning Fire now slows the target’s movement speed by 70% for 3 seconds with each hit (up from 2 seconds). Powertech Returned the post-depletion cooldown of Shoulder Cannon to 1.5 minutes (down from 2 minutes). Slightly reduced the damage of Shoulder Cannon. Pyrotech Automated Defenses now additionally reduces the cooldown of Kolto Overload by 60 seconds (up from 30 seconds). Trooper Commando Gunnery Cover Fire now slows the target’s movement speed by 70% for 3 seconds with each hit (up from 2 seconds). Vanguard Returned the post-depletion cooldown of Shoulder Cannon to 1.5 minutes (down from 2 minutes). Slightly reduced the damage of Shoulder Cannon. Plasmatech Adrenaline Fueled now additionally reduces the cooldown of Adrenaline Rush by 60 seconds (up from 30 seconds).
