Brought to you by Shattered Star Productions, here's a short (just over 10 minutes long) fan film that we absolutely love. The story is moving, the special effects are great, and the entire production is well done. If you're into Star Wars fan films, here's another you're going to want to check out. Have you ever thought about what it would be like to be a smuggler's son? What kind of family life would a smuggler have? Honestly, the real reason many of them had no family at all is because it's easier to fly solo than to be away from the ones who care about you. Here's a film that touches on some of those issues.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away...

The Dark Side of the Force has a new acolyte: the young man once known as Ben Solo, but who now terrorizes the galaxy as the volatile warrior 'Kylo Ren'.

But he is plagued by doubt, unsure if he can ever live up to the legacy of his lineage. Desperate for reassurance about his destiny, and to learn the deepest secrets of the Force, Kylo must seek out an ancient entity that has the forbidden knowledge he craves.

And so on a decaying world forgotten by time, this troubled student of evil will face his greatest test, and his knowledge of the Force will change forever...

What did you think of this one? It definitely had a lot of heart. The story was good, as were the effects. They have a lot of potential and I'd love to see some longer films.
