Jedi Consular Sage Redesigned the Upheaval utility: Project gains a 25% chance to produce a second Project that deals 25% damage. Telekinetics Fixed an issue that caused Tremors to apply Unshakable early, negating interrupts. Shadow Infiltration Kinetic Field now increases damage reduction by 3% for 15 seconds (up from 2%) when dealing critical damage. This effect stacks up to 3 times. Here are the patch notes for SWTOR Public test servers. This is for the 3.1.2 PTS build. Jedi Consular The range of Mind Crush has been reduced to 10 meters (down from 30 meters). Shadow Kinetic Combat Force Break now increases the damage dealt by Combat Technique’s Force Breach and Slow Time by 40% (up from 30%). Serenity Force in Balance and Vanquish now have a maximum range of 10 meters (down from 30 meters). The life redistributed by Psychic Absorption for Sever Force and Force Technique’s Force Breach has been reduced to 10% of the damage dealt (down from 25%). Cartel Market The Contraband Slot Machine’s Jawa Junk drop rate has been reduced and Faction-specific Walker mounts have been added to the potential rewards. Flashpoints + Operations It is no longer possible to become unable to progress due to a stuck party member if someone is defeated during the Jos and Valk Beroya encounter in Blood Hunt. The Underlurker in Temple of Sacrifice will no long rush extremely quickly back to his target after using his Leap ability. Malaphar the Savage has a new “Frustrated Roar” ability, and now deals damage to all players participating in his Temple of Sacrifice encounter if he reaches 80% health and is unable to reach a target.

3.0.0b Patch Notes
Servers were down shortly today, while BioWare patched the servers. Here are the patchnotes: Items + Economy All PvP Modifications sold on vendors are now Bind on Pickup. This includes Warzone and Ranked Warzone Modifications. This means – If its like other times they changed the binding in the past – that previously purchases items will now have a BoP on them, meaning that anyone that has them now has them bound. Ones on the GTN and in Guild Banks won’t be bound to anyone yet. As soon as someone buys the mod or it is returned to the seller, it will bind. The ones in Guild Banks can stay unbound for a while until someone takes them out: we have some BoP Slot Machine decorations in our Guild Bank.

Patch 2.10.2 notes – Turn your stronghold into a gambler’s paradise for only 1 credit!
About a month ago, Bioware admitted that the Smuggler’s Gambit slot machine wasn’t part of Constable Stronghold’s pack. To make up for the bug, Bioware’s community manager, Eric Musco, promised to rectify the issue by offering the before-mentioned item for purchase in-game for only 1 credit. S Elrik wrote, it’s encouraging that Bioware was quick to take action to fix them. Below are the patch notes: There will be no download associated with today’s maintenance. General Applied multiple fixes in order to address server stability issues. Resolved an issue that would cause a guild to lose ownership of a conquered planet after a server restart. BioWare is adding a new patch today, that will fix the Conquest Flashpoints exploit, tha tsome players are using. Flashpoint Conquest Objectives are intended to be one-time only, not infinitely repeatable. The only Flashpoint Objectives that can be repeated are the Group Finder ones – and those can only be done when you have the Daily Mission for the Group Finder available. Below are the patch notes: General Flashpoint Conquest Objectives are now non-repeatable as intended. The Galactic Starfighter Invasion Bonus for Ilum now applies properly. I really don’t understand the point of this. PvP/GSF grinders are doing stuff and getting points all day long. This week we’re not getting easy points for the five-minute heroics AND they’re taking the Esseles/BT runs away? Might as well rename it “PvP conquest”.
