SWTOR DARK vs. LIGHT EVENT
A new event is coming to SWTOR so get ready! Starting on June 28, there will be a Dark vs. Light event. You will need to start brand new characters for this event. Previous characters and their milestones or achievements will not count for this event. There will be rewards based on each reward level you can reach: Heroic Legacy Valiant Champion Eternal Legendary The event ends this fall and you do not have to keep the character to achieve the requirements. Once you have completed the objective by receiving the achievement, that character no longer needs to be active. So you could level to 50 on a character, and then delete it. This may work for people who just want to win the awards for the event but don’t have 8 free character slots on their primary legacy server. I had my fair share of raid leading in World of Warcraft so by the time SWTOR came out, I was looking for an alternative MMORPG and of course, I loved the Star Wars theme but I wasn’t really looking to raid lead anymore. I know many of my friends were, even friends who had led raids in hardcore guilds in WoW but for me, I wanted a game where I could sit back and relax, soak in the new story and content, and not feel rushed for progression. How Gamers Consume MMO Content
It comes as no surprise to most regular MMO gamers that players consume content at a rapid rate. Just how fast that is might surprise some, however. It certainly caught Bioware off guard back in 2011 when SWTOR first launched. They put a lot of work into the game but had no idea just how quickly gamers would actually be able to consume the content. No Weapon Tuning for Vibroswords in Near Future
There won’t be any weapon tuning to Vibroswords in the near future due to technical limitations in SWTOR. We agree with you that they would be an awesome addition to Vibroswords, but the team has to work through some unique limitations for those weapons first. We’ve told you about how we love the SWTOR cosplay from Mynock’s Den. Here’s another great completed project. It’s a very detailed Sith Acolyte armor and it’s absolutely perfect. “The following photos were taken at the Comic Con in Winnipeg. The V2 Sith Acolyte armor is upgraded with a full Sith Acolyte Helmet, and the new V2 chest plate. The beautiful thing about the new setup is that since the Acolytes were shown without their hoods in the new cinematic trailer “Sacrifice”, and since I completed an accurate back plate for the helmet, I was able to wear the costume without the hood! With all the new Star Wars hype out there today, after the new movie released and the others in the works, is Star Wars The Old Republic still relevant? BioWare is having a character transfer sale from May 26 to June 5. In this period of time, character transfers will only cost you 90 CC. This is to give guilds a chance to transfer. I still remember growing up as a girl in the 90s when “cheat codes” were a big thing for console games. Nadia Grell Fan Drawing is Amazing
Reddit user zulzulfie shared her SWTOR art with fans and it’s really awesome. The first drawing I ever saw was her rendition of a cute little Nadia Grell. Then I browsed through her Tumblr and saw she has a lot of cool stuff. I know I’m a sucker for fan art but this is really good and I love the cute, “girlie” style to it. She says she’s going to do male characters too, after she gets through the female ones and I really look forward to seeing that as well. Custom SWTOR Topps Card
If you’re not familiar with Topps cards, the company, founded in 1938, is famous for creating collectible trading cards, candy, chewing gum and other collectibles. Growing up in the 90s, baseball cards were the big thing (at least in my circles) but the company also makes other sports cards and even non-sports trading cards. They worked with the Disney Channel, for example, to create trading cards for Hannah Montana and High School Musical. They also made Pokemon trading cards, not to be confused with the Pokemon Trading Card Game from Wizards of the Coast. So what if they were to create Star Wars themed cards?
