Disney Interactive has been updating its extremely popular mobile game, Star Wars Commander, regularly. Ever since its launch last year it has seen new content frequently and its continuing this by introducing a major expansion called Worlds in Conflict. This new update is the largest one by far and the game itself is close to 18 million downloads. Some of the previously released updates have given players new characters and storylines. Some of the new characters were Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, and even zombies. However, Worlds of Conflict is taking the game to a whole new level. Star Wars Battlefront Devs Promise “Very Different” Single-Player Campaign

During a recent interview with The Guardian, Patrick Bach, DICE’s general manager was able to respond to many different questions from fans about the new and upcoming game Star Wars: Battlefront. Some of the answers didn’t exactly answer questions directly, but there is now a clearer picture on what Star Wars: Battlefront will actually look like. There is one major question that fans have been repeatedly asking and its why aren’t there any space battles in the new Battlefront game. At MetroCon 2015, Nolan North did a Q&A session. He talked about Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End mainly but he also game some clues on the current Star Wars game that Visceral is working on. The most interesting part of the interview is when he gave details about the type of Star Wars game that Visceral is working on. He explained what Amy Hennig is currently working on. Amy Hennig is not at Naughty Dog any longer and is working on writing the story for the new Star Wars game. She stated that the game she is currently working on will “reboot a brand new Star Wars franchise.” It will also be done in the same style of Uncharted. SWTOR Patch notes for the latest update of Patch 3.3 on the PTS. Classes + Combat Jedi Consular Sage Valiance now reduces the damage taken by the target of your Rescue by 25% (down from 50%) for 6 seconds after you rescue them. The Force-Mystic’s 4-piece set bonus now restores 5 Force (down from 10) when using Vindicate. Shadow Prolific Justice now spreads periodic Force Breach and Sever Force effects with Whirling Blow (instead of Force in Balance). Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer Dark Resilience now reduces the damage taken by the target of your Extrication by 25% (down from 50%) for 6 seconds after you extricate them. The Force-Mystic’s 4-piece set bonus now restores 5 Force (down from 10) when using Consuming Darkness. Main Characters In Star Wars Battlefront Could Have Limited Customization

There is a great possibility that the amount of customization options you will have for the main character in Star Wars: Battlefront could be quite limited. Not too long ago EA revealed that Star Wars: Battlefront will offer many customization options. For example, you will be able to change the type of characters head you are playing as and more. If you decide to play as the Rebels, you will be able to play as more than one race. The EA Star Wars Twitter page revealed: “Yes, we will offer customization. That said, we won’t be letting players create purple Stormtroopers or change Darth Vader’s suit color etc.” In the new game you will have the option of playing as different types of Stormtroopers but you will not be able to play as different alien races. Star Wars Battlefront Won’t “Feel Like or Play Like” Battlefield, Discusses Space Combat

Some Star Wars fans have been concerned that Star Wars: Battlefront will be no more than Battlefield with a Star Wars theme. According to DICE producer Jesper Nielsen, this is not the case at all. Mr. Nielsen goes by “TheBikingViking” on Reddit. Nielsen responded to Star Wars fans on Reddit about the concerns over similarities between games. He stated that they may share some similarities, but they will stand out alone from each other well. Nielsen addressed a concern from a gamer who felt he was “robbed” by purchasing Battlefield Hardline. “I simply don’t get the Battlefield re-skin comment; from what we’ve shown, in what way does it look like Battlefield? Below are the patch notes: 4 Apr 2015 PTS Update Combat Notes | 04.24.2015, 04:07 PM Classes + Combat Jedi Knight Sentinel Ardor is now a Masterful Utility. Jedi Promulgator is now a Heroic Utility. Watchman Cauterize now deals its elemental damage over 6 seconds (down from 9 seconds). Force Melt now only costs 2 focus (down from 3 focus), and the damage it deals has been slightly reduced. Accelerating Victory now builds up to a maximum of 2 stacks (down from 3). Sith Warrior Marauder Reckless is now a Masterful Utility. Cloak of Annihilation is now a Heroic Utility. Breaking News: A popular video game insider has had the privilege of seeing the gameplay trailer from Star Wars: Battlefront and he think it will “break the internet.” “Tidux”, an industry insider tweeted about his thoughts after watching the gameplay trailer. Tidux said: “Omfg, #StarWarsBattlefront gameplay is just ridiculous. the internet will frikkin break. (I) just can not believe what I have just seen” Later on during the week the Star Wars Celebration will reveal the trailer for the rests of the population to see. One developer from DICE has stated that the trailer will be exactly what the game looks like and they have not used any CGI. We think that the choice of words Tidux used is quite interesting. Ever since we found out that there were going to be standalone movies that focus on a single character in the Star Wars universe, we’ve had tons of questions—who would they center on? Who would be attached to write and direct? Who would be playing our favorite Star Wars characters? Although the first major announcement about these spin-offs came almost two years ago, we still haven’t learned a lot. We have managed to gather a few rumors, though. We’re confident that one of the films will focus on Han Solo, will take place between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope.
